Car tailgate installation – car tailgate installation steps

Quick Guide for Ordinary Tail Plate Installation (Installation Sequence)

1. Dismantling and cutting (taillights, license plates, tow hooks, spare tires, rear protection, etc.)

Do not destroy the installation of the removed product, which is convenient for reinstallation.

2. Spot welding positioning transition plate (no transition plate can be ignored) and U-shaped frame positioning tooling.

The transition board cannot be oversized and adjusted to be flush and centered with the bottom surface of the carriage.

3. U-shaped frame screw connection positioning + adjust the installation height of the square tube of the main frame

Be careful with high-pressure oil pipes when withdrawing the forklift and lowering the U-shaped frame.

Be careful not to bump the high-pressure oil pipe during installation.

4. The connecting plate is welded to the frame section of the automobile, and the holes are drilled, and the bolts are fastened to fasten the tail plate of the automobile, and the connecting plate and the square tube of the main frame are fully welded.

5. Weld the over-board to fix the board.

6. Withdraw the forklift truck tailgate installation, put down the U-shaped frame, and remove the U-shaped frame positioning tool.
