② When operating the tail lift, you must concentrate and pay attention to the operation status of the tail lift at any time. If any abnormality is found, stop immediately
③ Carry out a routine inspection of the tail plate on a regular basis (weekly), focusing on checking whether there are cracks in the welding parts, whether there is deformation in each structural part, whether there are abnormal noises, bumps, frictions during operation, and whether the oil pipes are loose, damaged, or leaking oil, etc. , whether the circuit is loose, aging, open flame, damaged, etc.;
④ Overloading is strictly prohibited: Figure 8 shows the relationship between the position of the center of gravity of the cargo and the carrying capacity, please load the cargo strictly according to the load curve;
⑤ When using the tail lift, ensure that the goods are placed firmly and securely to avoid accidents during operation;
⑥ When the tail lift is working, it is strictly forbidden to have personnel activities in the working area to avoid danger;
⑦ Before using the tail lift to load and unload goods, ensure that the vehicle brakes are reliable before proceeding to avoid sudden sliding of the vehicle;
⑧ It is strictly forbidden to use the tailgate in places with steep ground slope, soft soil, unevenness and obstacles;
Hang the safety chain after the tailgate is turned over.
maintenance
① It is recommended that the hydraulic oil be replaced at least once every six months. When injecting new oil, filter it with a filter screen of more than 200;
② When the ambient temperature is lower than -10°C, low-temperature hydraulic oil should be used instead.
③ When loading acids, alkalis and other corrosive items, seal packaging should be done to prevent tail lift parts from being corroded by corrosive items;
④ When the tailgate is used frequently, remember to check the battery power regularly to prevent power loss from affecting normal use;
⑤ Regularly check the circuit, oil circuit, and gas circuit. Once any damage or aging is found, it should be handled properly in time;
⑥ Wash the mud, sand, dust and other foreign matter attached to the tailgate in time with clean water, otherwise it will cause adverse effects on the use of the tailgate;
⑦ Regularly inject lubricating oil to lubricate the parts with relative movement (rotating shaft, pin, bushing, etc.) to prevent dry wear damage.
