For a tailgate, the load-bearing capacity of its hydraulic cylinders is a factor to test its durability. Another decisive factor is its load moment, which is determined by the distance from the center of gravity of the load to the lever fulcrum and the weight of the load. Therefore, the load arm is a particularly important factor, which means that when the loading and unloading platform is completely When stretched out, its center of gravity should not exceed the edge of the platform.
In addition, in order to increase the service life of the tailgate of the car and ensure its durability and reliability, manufacturers will take different methods, such as using embedded maintenance-free bearings, bearings that only need to be lubricated once a year, etc. The structural design of the platform shape is also critical to the durability of the tailgate.
